Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Foley, MN is seeking a dependable sanitation supervisor to lead our hygiene operations in a high‑standard meat processing facility. You’ll supervise sanitation across pork, beef, chicken, and turkey lines, ensuring GMP, safety, and sanitation rules are followed.

Direct, train, and motivate a sanitation crew; clean and sanitize equipment; maintain neat production areas; move materials as needed; and keep logs with basic writing and math.

Qualifications

• Proven team leader; prior management experience.
• Detail-focused and reliable.
• Physically capable: lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and motivate a sanitation crew.
• Clean and sanitize meat processing equipment and tools across multiple proteins.
• Maintain production areas in a neat, clean, and organized condition.
• Operate or learn pallet handling equipment to move product or packaging materials.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, sanitation, and company plant rules.
• Apply basic writing and math to logs and measurements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
