Job summary

Rise Baking Company in Tucker, GA seeks a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation programs across the plant, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. You will develop and implement sanitation policies, train staff, and coordinate with quality and operations for audit readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, HACCP/PCQI familiarity, and experience managing sanitation budgets, safety protocols, and environmental controls in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred or 4+ years in sanitation leadership.
• HACCP/PCQI knowledge and experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and sanitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the sanitation program to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and provide training and technical guidance.
• Support audits by plant management, regulatory, and customers.
• Manage chemical controls, inventory, safety, and documentation for sanitation.
