Job summary

Bell Evans in Fredericksburg, PA is seeking a Full-time Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation staff and ensure equipment is sanitized to company standards. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating attendance, maintaining a clean and safe production area, and promptly reporting safety or quality concerns to the supervisor. Previous leadership is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or up to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.

• Take attendance of employees and prepare department readiness.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment in the department daily.
• Inform supervisor of any safety or quality concerns immediately to ensure safe production.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Sanitation Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY:

Oversee the duties of the sanitation staff as well as assure that all equipment is sanitized to company standard and meets regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help take attendance of employees.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment in the specified department daily.
• Take a proactive role in assuring safe and quality products are produced by immediately informing supervisor of any safety or quality concerns.
• Carry out other assigned duties as requested by the Sanitation Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or up to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
