Job summary

Bell & Evans in Fredericksburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation staff and ensure equipment is cleaned to company standards in a fast-paced facility.

You will promote safety, quality, and teamwork; daily sanitation tasks, coordination with other departments, and reporting concerns to the supervisor are core aspects. A high school diploma or GED is required; leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training provided.

JOB SUMMARY:

Oversee the duties of the sanitation staff as well as assure that all equipment is sanitized to company standard and meets regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Help get department ready to start.
• Help take attendance of employees.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment in the specified department daily.
• Take a proactive role in assuring safe and quality products are produced by immediately informing supervisor of any safety or quality concerns.
• Carry out other assigned duties as requested by the Sanitation Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or up to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
