Job summary

Steadfast Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable 2nd shift sanitation lead with forklift experience to manage cleaning and dismantling of industrial equipment. You will sterilize and clean parts, report to the Sanitation Manager, and lead a capable team on the 2nd shift.

The role requires passing a background check and drug test, with night-time hours Monday through Friday (3pm–11:30pm). On-site work at the Orange, CT location is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation operations on 2nd shift.
• Dismantle industrial equipment and sterilize/clean parts.
