Job summary

BG Foods is seeking a Sanitation Lead for the 3rd shift in Yadkinville, NC. You will supervise the sanitation team, ensure cleaning per SSOPs and GMPs, and maintain documentation to support food safety systems.

You will monitor chemical usage, operate CIP systems, and coordinate with QA and Production to resolve sanitation issues. A High School Diploma and 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing sanitation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sanitation experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read SDS and labels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Capable of maintaining sanitation records and testing observations.

This role ensures all equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas are cleaned and sanitized per SSOPs, GMPs, and safety standards.
