Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of approximately 28 sanitation associates.
• Perform hands-on disassembly and assembly of large-scale bakery production equipment.
• Follow master sanitation schedules to ensure compliance.
• Implement process improvements and conduct root cause analysis.
• Carry out janitorial duties and ensure proper sanitation of food production areas.
• Adhere to FDA regulations and maintain cleanliness according to HACCP standards.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Experience leading a sanitation crew.
• Hands-on experience with large food manufacturing equipment, preferably in a bakery environment.
• Proficiency in process improvement and root cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

This is a direct placement position and benefits will be provided upon candidates request or by the client when they start the position.
