Job description

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential

At Conagra, we're known for iconic brands like Reddi-wip, Slim Jim, Angie's BOOMCHICKPOP, Chef Boyardee, Swiss Miss and more! We are hiring for a Sanitation Team Member at our Louisville, KY facility. You will report to the Sanitation Team Lead.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and areas
• Plant housekeeping and janitorial tasks, including maintaining cleanliness of common areas, silo and bin cleaning, interior blasting, and hygienic restoration
• Assembling/disassembling equipment
• Rinsing and cleaning conveyors, rollers, hoppers, drains, tools, and utensils
• Following safety procedures such as LOTO, GMPs, and chemical safety
• Supporting plant safety and 5S principles
• Performing general housekeeping duties in various areas
• Available for overtime and flexible scheduling around production needs

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety standards (preferred)
• Ability to understand basic machine operations
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to push or pull up to 10 pounds frequently
