• Gathering and emptying trash.
• Servicing, cleaning, and stocking restrooms.
• Cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dusting furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment.
• Preparing cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Steam-cleaning or shampooing carpets.
• Sealing, finishing, and polishing floors.
• Following safety procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment.
• Moving heavy furniture and equipment safely.
• Reporting major repairs or system needs to management.
• Removing snow and spreading melting chemicals from sidewalks and driveways.
• Requisitioning supplies and maintaining equipment safely.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
