Job summary

SSP America in Oakland is seeking dedicated Utility staff to keep our restaurants clean and sanitized for guests and team members. You will excel at creating a positive guest experience by maintaining hygienic work areas, cleaning surfaces and equipment, and supporting overall operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment throughout the venue.
• Removes refuse to designated areas.
• Clear and reset tables between seatings and transport serviceware to the kitchen.
• Wash dishes by hand or in dishwasher and return to storage.
• Clean equipment using chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Assist guests with requests and communicate needs to staff.
• Load/unload supply trucks between storage and work areas.
• Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items.
• Other duties as assigned.
