Job summary

SSP America is hiring for Utility/Dishwasher positions to keep our airport restaurants clean and sanitized. You will maintain hygienic work areas, assist guests, and support kitchen operations with dishwashing and stock management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in retail or food service
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with guests and receive instructions
• Brand certification, as required by law (where applicable)
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment (floors, surfaces, counters, etc.)
• Clear and reset tables between seatings and transport service-ware
• Scrape, wash, and sanitize dishes and kitchen items
• Load/unload supplies and stock food items with proper dating and rotation
• Assist guests with requests and communicate special needs to staff
• Adhere to sanitary standards and use chemicals safely
