Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a sanitation-focused team member to help ensure facility sanitary specifications are met. The role involves adhering to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and plant policies, while performing hourly rounds in production and storage areas.

You will monitor temperatures, verify cleanliness, and sign SSOP sheets. Strong teamwork and communication with supervision, QA, and USDA personnel are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Follows GMPs, SOPs, HACCP procedures and plant policies.
• Ability to work well in sanitation and production teams.
• Communicates with supervision, QA, and USDA personnel.

Responsibilities

• Make hourly rounds in production/storage areas.
• Monitor room temperatures four times daily.
• Ensure rooms are clean and trash is collected.
• Sign SSOP sheets as required.
• Check for foreign objects, condensation, and GMP violations.
