Job summary

JBS Foods in Texas is hiring for a Sanitation Hourly Production role. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas and completing required safety and GMP training.

Ideal candidates have previous experience in meat processing or similar manufacturing settings, and must be able to withstand extended standing, temperature extremes, and exposure to chemicals while working in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing or similar manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, crawl for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water and slippery floors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive hand scrubbing and hose operation.

Experience/Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand,walk, stoop, crawlfor extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water and slippery floors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion workin hand scrubbing and running a hose.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and personal protective equipment.
