Job summary

JBS USA is hiring for sanitation general laborers in the casings sanitation area. This full-time position supports high-speed production, requiring strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and food safety protocols. Shift: 3rd.

Duties include maintaining and sanitizing facilities and machinery, operating heavy equipment, using PPE, lifting over 50 pounds, and performing cleaning tasks with little supervision while following JBS specifications to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment.
• Use proper personal protective equipment effectively.
• Work hands-on at high speed and lift over 50 pounds.
• Keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols.
• Adhere to JBS specifications to ensure meat quality.
• Stay aware of surroundings and notify a supervisor if hazards are found.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks with little supervision, including scrubbing walls, floors, and tables.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

JBS is hiring for quality, motivated, people to join the JBS team on our casings sanitation as general laborers. These positions include but are not limited to the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Properly maintain and sanitize facilities (casings) machinery and equipment for efficient production.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Must use proper personal protective equipment effectively.
• Expected to work hands on at high speed and times to lift over 50 pounds.
• Must keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols.
• Must adhere to JBS specifications in product to ensure quality of meat.
• Stay aware of your surroundings and notify a supervisor if you recognize a hazard.
• Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks with little supervision including scrubbing walls, floors, tables, hallways, etc.
• Perform various other duties as needed or as assigned.
