Responsibilities

• Operate COP systems and disassemble, clean and reassemble production equipment to sanitation standards.
• Follow sanitation schedules and document activities per regulatory and company protocols.
• Mix, apply and document chemical usage with correct concentrations.
• Conduct inspections and internal audits to verify sanitation effectiveness and microbial safety.
• Follow OSHA, GMPs, and food safety regulations to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Starting Pay: $23 - $26per hour

Hours:7:00 am to 3:30 pm

What You Will Do:

• Operate Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems and perform detailed disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of production equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Follow established sanitation schedules to clean and sanitize facility infrastructure and production lines, documenting all activities in compliance with regulatory and company protocols.
• Accurately mix, apply, and document chemical usage, ensuring correct concentrations and applications for effective cleaning and sanitation.
• Conduct inspections and internal audits to verify sanitation effectiveness, ensuring all equipment meets microbial safety and cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

What You Will Bring:
