CJ Schwan’s in Kentucky is hiring for a sanitation associate on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20.75 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package. Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in hot/cold and wet/dry environments.

What You Will Do:

• Operate Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems and perform detailed disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of production equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Follow established sanitation schedules to clean and sanitize facility infrastructure and production lines, documenting all activities in compliance with regulatory and company protocols.
• Accurately mix, apply, and document chemical usage, ensuring correct concentrations and applications for effective cleaning and sanitation.
• Conduct inspections and internal audits to verify sanitation effectiveness, ensuring all equipment meets microbial safety and cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

What You Will Bring:
