Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Operate COP systems and disassemble/clean/reassemble production equipment.
• Follow sanitation schedules and document activities per protocols.
• Accurately mix and document chemical usage with correct concentrations.
• Conduct sanitation inspections and audits for microbial safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to OSHA, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
