Job summary

Monogram Foods in Chandler, MN is seeking an Entry Level Sanitation Team Member to support production by cleaning around machines, maintaining PPE carts, and complying with GMP guidelines during the 3rd shift. This full-time role offers hands-on training and opportunities to contribute to startup of production.

You will read scales, operate a manual pallet jack, and follow batch paperwork while ensuring safety and quality in a humid, noisy, temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Hand/eye coordination and basic motor skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. push/pull 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean around machines and equipment, including condensation in production areas and floor spill management.
• Keep PPE cart full throughout the shift.
• Adhere to GMP practices and proper handwashing.
• Read and use scales and batch paperwork.
• Operate a manual pallet jack and basic measurement tools.
• Support production start-up and maintain safety and quality.
