Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation team member for a weekend PM shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) to maintain a clean and hygienic production environment. The role follows written sanitation procedures and supports a safe facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for cleaning by removing product, covering electrical parts, and disassembling machine components as needed.
• Clean equipment thoroughly using air guns, hot water, cleaning solutions, and manual scrubbing.
• Clean smaller parts by rinsing and placing them in the COP tank with heated cleaning solutions.
• Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions accurately.
• Sanitize all food contact surfaces with a centralized sanitizing system.
• Reassemble equipment after cleaning, replacing all guards, covers, and catch pans.
