Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Sanitation role within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include general cleanliness, breakroom and trailer upkeep, and waste removal.

The position operates on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, with hours from 3:10 PM to 11:10 PM and a starting pay of $16.45 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential. Minimum qualifications include forklift certification within 30 days of employment and 0-6 months of warehouse experience; a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or forklift-training program completed within the first 30 days of employment.
• 0-6 months general warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean warehouse utilizing a variety of equipment and products.
• Remove all refuse from offices and building daily.
• Repair damaged pallets.
• Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking lots.
• Wash and sweep inside of trailers.
• Clean break room and work areas.
• Maintain exterior property, keeping it clean and orderly.

The core responsibilities of this role include: general sanitation and custodial tasks within the facility warehouse, breakroom and bathrooms, breaking down cardboard boxes, and picking up trash from parking lot.
