Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a production team member to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing production areas and completing mandatory safety and food safety/GMP training as outlined for the assignment.

The role requires the ability to work in a refrigerated environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from10°F to 40°F.

• Able to lift 40 lbs and use a ladder
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
