Job summary

JBS Foods in Alabama seeks a Sanitation Worker for the 3rd shift to maintain clean, sanitized production areas and support food safety programs.

You will clean with chemicals, complete safety and GMP training, and work in a refrigerated environment from 10°F to 40°F, standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience preferred; a high school diploma or GED is requested. EOE.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from10°F to 40°F.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 40 lbs and use a ladder
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
