Job summary

151 Foods LLC in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to fabricate, repair and maintain stainless steel equipment and production machinery used in bakery operations. The Welder will perform TIG, MIG, and stick welding, read blueprints, and ensure food safety and sanitary design standards.

You will work with maintenance teams, support plant upgrades, and follow GMP and OSHA safety policies while handling flame-cutting and hand welding equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and formal welding apprenticeship completed.
• 2–5 years welding/fabrication experience, preferably in food manufacturing or bakery environments.
• Experience with stainless steel sanitary welding strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and sanitary design standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble stainless steel components for bakery equipment, conveyors, racks, and support structures.
• Perform TIG, MIG, and stick welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
• Repair damaged bakery equipment and upgrade existing systems as needed.
• Follow safety policies and ensure equipment meets sanitary welding standards for food production.
• Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to complete projects accurately.
• Maintain welding tools and shop area; assist with equipment installations.
