Job summary

Marlen International in Riverside, MO, is seeking a skilled welder to fabricate stainless steel food processing machinery. You will read blueprints, select welding methods, and ensure quality and safety standards throughout production.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years of GMAW and GTAW experience, the ability to work overtime, and strong communication. Pre-employment weld test, background check, and drug screen apply.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW).
• 3-5 years of blueprint reading.
• Learns quickly, open to change, seeks continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operates welding equipment to fuse metal components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Welds stainless steel food processing machinery and pipes to spec.
• Maintains quality, safety and work standards while meeting schedules.
• Lays out, positions and secures parts using precise measuring tools.
• Communicates issues to lead/manager and works with team to resolve them.
