Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessments and delivers professional nursing care per patient age and condition.
• Performs medical forensic exams and evidence collection for Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) cases.
• Documents findings and maintains accurate medical records; communicates progress with the healthcare team and families.
• Maintains protocol adherence, confidentiality, and safety standards; participates in MDT case reviews and related paperwork.
