Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse for the unit. The RN will coordinate patient care, perform forensic examinations as an RN Sexual Assault Examiner, and support the care team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a nursing degree, RN license, CA-SANE or SANE-A certification, and at least 2 years of RN experience with BLS either current or obtained within 30 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Field of Study: nursing.
• CA-SANE or SANE-A certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of start.
• Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• As an RN Sexual Assault Examiner, perform forensic examinations for the collection and preservation of evidence for sexual assault cases.
• Provide follow-up care and participate in the judicial process with expert testimony and witnessing.
