Chicken Salad Chick in Tampa, FL is seeking a line cook / prep cook. Prepare a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, and desserts per CSC recipes and SOS goals while maintaining speed and quality.

You will maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, adhere to brand standards for uniform and grooming, complete opening and closing duties, and assist with other related tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen is a plus.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion sizes.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
• Completes opening and closing prep and checklists.
• Follows Daily Prep List at start of shift.
• Prepares a variety of food products according to CSC recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station.
• Prepares Guest orders with attention to quality and presentation.
• Ensures all food products meet CSC SOS goals.
• Notifies management of shortages or equipment issues.
