Tampa Bay CSC, LLC is seeking a kitchen prep specialist to produce chicken salads, pimento cheese, soups, sauces, cookies, and desserts in a fast-paced line kitchen. You will follow CSC recipes, portion sizes, and SOS goals while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include opening and closing prep, referencing the daily prep list, preparing guest orders to CSC quality standards, and communicating any shortages or equipment issues to Management.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to Brand Standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
• Complete opening and closing prep and checklists.
• Refer to Daily Prep List at start of shift.
• Prepare a variety of food products per CSC recipes and standards.
• Follow CSC portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Prepare all Guest orders with adherence to CSC standards for quality and appearance.
• Meet CSC SOS goals for Guest orders.
• Prepare food per recipe specifications and portion sizes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Close line kitchen per closing checklist and assist others.
• Attend scheduled meetings and provide improvement ideas.
• Report equipment and food quality problems to Management.
• Inform Management of product shortages.
• Use Standard Recipe Cards; avoid relying on memory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
