The Sandwich Artist is responsible for representing and promoting the store operations in an up-beat manner, which ensures customer confidence and maximum efficiency for the store. The Sandwich Artist greets and serves customers, prepares food, and maintains food safety and sanitation standards. The Sandwich Artist Reports directly to the Subway Shift Supervisor.

Sandwich Artist Responsibilities:

The Sandwich Artist is responsible for representing and promoting the store operations in an up-beat manner, which ensures customer confidence and maximum efficiency for the store. The Sandwich Artist greets and serves customers, prepares food, and maintains food safety and sanitation standards. The Sandwich Artist Reports directly to the Subway Shift Supervisor.

Sandwich Artist duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare food neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Make sales transactions quickly and accurately
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and communicate to customers correctly
• Check products in sandwich area and restock items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift
• Account for cash flow and inventory during shift
• Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food, serving food, and cleaning up
• Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store premises

Hours

The Sandwich Artist is either a full time or part time position and can work up 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed.
