Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods or unusual events
2. Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
3. Monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist the manager in resolving guest issues
4. Keep a clean and organized workspace
5. Maintain regular and punctual attendance
6. Engage with guests to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
