You will prepare surfaces, operate blast cabinets, load parts, and apply non-skid coatings, ensuring finish and quality standards. Previous sandblasting experience and teamwork are valued; training and long-term growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sandblasting or related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working with tools and industrial equipment a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by removing contaminants such as dirt, paint, and grease.
• Operate blast cabinets and related equipment safely and accurately.
• Load and unload aerospace parts and manage abrasive materials.
• Apply non-skid coatings as required.
