Job summary

TRC Services of Texas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sandblaster or Blasting Operator in Midland, TX to join the work team. You will operate a blast machine, load sand, and may assist with painting or coating after surface preparation.

Applicants should have some training with heavy equipment and power tools, plus a high school diploma or GED. A flexible schedule and physical stamina are important for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous sandblasting experience or training
• Experience working with heavy metals is a plus

Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces
• Set up and operate a blast machine or similar equipment
• Load and unload the blast machine
• Assist with painting or coating as needed
• Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed
