Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a Machine Operator for the Sand Mold department. You will set up and run molding machines to produce high-quality castings that meet specs, and you’ll inspect parts for defects throughout production.

The role requires lifting up to 55 lbs, running 12-hour shifts on 2nd shift with potential OT on Fri/Sat, and willingness to learn and complete certification as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate molding equipment and perform quality checks.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate molding machines; ensure proper, efficient operation.
• Pour and prepare sand molds; inspect castings for defects.
• Extract castings and verify quality against specifications.
• Operate forklift as needed; adjust duties to meet company needs.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
