Job summary

Estwing Manufacturing Company Inc. is seeking a steady, detail-oriented mold line operator for the second shift (12 PM–8:30 PM, Monday–Friday).

You will operate and monitor mold line ovens, assist with tool molding, and ensure smooth flow of materials through the line in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: One to three months of related experience or on-the-job training.
• Physical: Stand for 8 hours, lift up to 100 pounds, use protective gear.
• Mental: Basic reading/comprehension, simple math, problem-solving in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain oven temperature and conveyor speed for molds/tools in the oven.
• Assemble tools into molds, fill and cap, place onto conveyor, then disassemble and prep for next cycle.
• Transport tools between production areas and complete routing sheets with data entry.
