Job summary

REVISED PERSONNEL LLC is seeking a dependable Sand Mixer / Batch Operator to join the manufacturing team. The role involves operating sand mixing and batching equipment, measuring raw materials, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring processes, maintaining records, and performing quality checks. The ideal candidate will work safely, follow procedures, and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating sand mixers, batch mixers, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and batch formulas.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial sand mixing and batching equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and load sand, chemicals, and other raw materials according to production specifications.
• Follow batch formulas, production schedules, and mixing instructions accurately.
• Monitor mixing times, material consistency, and equipment performance.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and material usage logs.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
