Job summary

Pathward is seeking a Manager, Sanctions Operations to lead day-to-day OFAC, 314(a), and PEP screening activities. You will ensure timely disposition reviews, maintain SLA performance, and provide second-level oversight while coordinating with the sanctions program and audit activities.

The role requires people leadership and strong process discipline. Hybrid work with onsite locations in several US cities; salary range is $72,000–$120,000 plus benefits and incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the OFAC, 314(a), and PEP screening queues, maintaining service standards (OFAC 30 days, 314(a) 14 days, PEP 30 days).
• Supervise the Sanctions Operations Lead and analyst team; allocate workload to prevent queue concentration.
• Provide second-level review of dispositions and ensure audit-ready documentation.
