Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Knowledge of global sanctions regulations and lists.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve system-generated sanctions alerts, including name screening, transaction monitoring, and country-based restrictions.
• Conduct investigations of potential sanctions matches, gather information and documentation from internal and external sources.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on sanctions operations, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of sanctions operations policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Review changes in sanctions laws and assess impact on Google's operations.
