Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations management or business consulting.
• Proven track record of building teams and optimizing processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and operational metrics for the San Francisco market.
• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations including scheduling and compliance.
• Partner with the Growth team to recruit and retain a professional driver base.
