Qualifications

• 2-year prior food service sale and culinary background strongly preferred.
• Meat & Seafood sales experience highly preferred.
• Consultative sales ability.
• Self-motivated with time management.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Make in-person visits and presentations in the San Francisco territory.
• Take customer orders aligning with sales and gross profit goals.
• Coordinate orders with inside sales and resolve issues promptly.
• Review sales, margins, and DSOs; adjust pricing and credits as needed.
