Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Events Manager to plan and execute marketing events in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners, design compelling concepts, manage budgets, and oversee logistics while delivering excellent attendee service.

You will also lead virtual event strategies, monitor performance, and produce insights for future improvements. 5+ years in events and B2B software marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with marketing/management or hospitality.
• 5+ years in a leadership role as a team lead or mentor.
• 5+ years planning and managing events (on-site, virtual, webinars).
• 5+ years in B2B software marketing with proven results.
• Travel up to 25% locally and nationally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners on event details and logistics.
• Research venues, negotiate contracts with vendors and venues.
• Design memorable events and develop concepts for management approval.
• Plan logistics and coordinate budgets for assigned events.
• Provide event day customer service and attendee support.
• Lead vendor shows and marquee field events.
• Develop virtual event strategies to drive engagement and leads.
• Monitor performance, collect data, and generate actionable insights.
