Job summary

Strat Property Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Self Storage Porter in San Diego. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, perform property inspections, and keep facilities clean across multiple locations.

The workweek runs Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM with weekend shifts 8 AM–5 PM; role is 3 days per week. Pay is $20 per hour with bonus opportunities after 60 days. Benefits include 401(k) and Paid Sick Leave.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and inventory/space tracking abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address their needs with a smile at multiple locations.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Assist with daily operations and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work a part-time schedule: Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM and weekends 8 AM–5 PM; 3 days per week.
