Job summary

Strat Property Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Self Storage Porter in San Diego. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, perform property inspections, and keep facilities clean across multiple locations.

The workweek runs Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM with weekend shifts 8 AM–5 PM; role is 3 days per week. Pay is $20 per hour with bonus opportunities after 60 days. Benefits include 401(k) and Paid Sick Leave.

Your day as a Self Storage PORTER

As a new Self Storage Porter, prepare for an exciting blend of responsibilities that will keep your days engaging and dynamic! You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile at multiple locations. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting property inspections, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.Our workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and you'll shine on weekends with a schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. This position is for 3 days per week.
