Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects or programmes alongside engineering, analytics or data teams.
• Track record of taking programmes from kick-off through to delivery.
• Confident communicator with engineers and business leaders alike.
• Jira or Smartsheet, plus dashboards for status and metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Keep a live register of active and incoming projects, plus a RAID log for the programme.
• Run the recurring meetings, retros and cross-team check-ins that keep everything aligned.
• Write a weekly status summary for senior leaders from updates across the teams.
• Triage new requests, send them to the right teams and spot overlap with work already underway.
