Motion Recruitment in San Diego, CA is seeking a Program Manager for hybrid roles. You will be the single point of contact for the program, coordinating in-flight work, governing intake requests, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with data analytics and engineering teams.

You will drive operational excellence through defining cadence, reporting, and risk management using RAID logs, and you will partner with leadership on key communications and stakeholder alignment.

Qualificações

• 3 years of program management experience in a technical environment with data analytics or engineering teams.
• Proven ability to drive programs from inception to completion.
• Strong communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and dashboards for reporting on project status and key metrics.
• Experience with Change Management and RAID logs.
• Experience with AI tools and automation (Claude).
• Experience working with data science or analytics teams.
• Familiarity with program governance models and operational cadences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Structure: Organize and provide structure to all in-flight work, maintain comprehensive list of in-flight projects, capture new projects, and document updates.
• Operational Excellence: Own and run OpMechs to ensure alignment with cadences, manage recurring syncs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and retrospectives.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as central hub for program communications, consolidate status updates for weekly executive updates.
• Intake & Governance: Act as intake point for new data initiative requests, route to proper teams, identify overlap, assist in approvals.
• Risk & Resource Management: Use RAID log to proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

Looking for a Program Manager – HYBRID ROLES in San Diego California 92129

Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

Pay Rate: $70/hr - $72/hr on W2

NO C2C/1099 – No H1B or No 3rd party resumes

Key Responsibilities

As the Program Manager, you will be the single point of contact for the program, with core duties including:

• Structure: Organize and provide structure to all in-flight work. This includes maintaining a comprehensive list of in-flight projects, capturing new projects, and documenting essential updates.
• Operational Excellence: Own and run the operational mechanisms (OpMechs) to ensure alignment with other program cadences. This includes managing recurring syncs, facilitating team retrospectives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as the central hub for the program and all initiative related communication. This involves consolidating status updates to create a weekly summary for executive updates, and working closely with leadership on key communications.
• Intake & Governance: Act as the intake point for all new data initiative requests. You will be responsible for routing requests to the proper teams for review, sharing them to identify potential overlap across in-flight work, and assisting in the final approval process.
• Risk & Resource Management: Utilize RAID log, to proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3 years of experience in a Program Management role experience in a technical environment specifically with data analytics or engineering teams.
• Proven ability to drive programs from inception to completion.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools e.g., Jira Smartsheet and experience with dashboards for reporting on project status and key metrics.
• Experience with Change Management with expertise in leading changes.
• Experience with Risk and Issue management and RAID logs.
• Experience utilizing AI tools - apply AI and automation to speed up delivery and TPM work (Client currently uses Claude)
• Experience working with data science or analytics teams.
• Familiarity with program governance models and operational cadences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
