Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks a Project Executive to join our San Antonio team. This senior leadership role focuses on overseeing complex commercial construction projects, leading cross-functional teams, and expanding our presence in the San Antonio market.

The ideal candidate will leverage extensive Class A office project experience to strengthen client relationships, win new business, and drive profitable project execution while mentoring rising leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial construction with a GC
• Proven experience at Project Executive or senior leadership level
• Extensive experience with Class A office construction
• Demonstrated success overseeing complex projects and teams
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and risk management
• Established relationships with owners, developers, architects in San Antonio market
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Ability to lead teams with accountability and high performance

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and leadership across multiple commercial projects
• Lead project managers, superintendents, and teams to ensure delivery
• Establish project strategies, budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• Maintain accountability for performance, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders
• Serve as senior client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and new client relationships
• Participate in business development, client meetings, and industry networking
• Help position the company for growth in the San Antonio market
• Mentor and develop project management and field leadership teams
• Provide guidance on contracts, risk management, and issue resolution
• Partner with leadership to execute market growth strategies
• Ensure projects meet high standards and exceptional client experience
