Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with Class A interiors and high-end buildouts.
• 3+ years in senior leadership (Project Exec / Sr. PM) or similar.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and project teams.
• Strong understanding of all construction phases: preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, closeout.
• Experience managing project financials: forecasting, change management, profitability, risk.
• Leadership experience mentoring PMs/engineers and building teams.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Business development mindset to grow client relationships and market presence.
• Established experience and relationships within the San Antonio market preferred.
• Bachelor-level degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field preferred.
• Must be based in or have strong ties to the San Antonio, TX market.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of Class A interior and office projects in the San Antonio market.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Lead projects from preconstruction to turnover and closeout.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and local project team members.
• Partner with field leadership to meet schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while growing repeat and referral business.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to San Antonio market business development.
• Help recruit and develop a high-performing local project team as workload grows.
• Maintain executive accountability for project financial performance, forecasting and risk management.
• Collaborate with Texas operations leadership and become a key local representative.
