• Extensive commercial construction experience on Class A office projects.
• Experience leading complex commercial projects as a superintendent.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
• Proven track record of safe, on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations from mobilization to completion.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain schedule, budget and quality.
• Review plans and specs to resolve field issues.
• Run subcontractor coordination meetings and clear communication.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized, professional job site.
• Interact with owners, architects, consultants and clients.
• Identify schedule or quality risks and develop solutions.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs and quality standards.
• Drive project closeout, punch lists and turnover.
