Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Experience connecting and analyzing data from CRM, ERP, web analytics, advertising platforms, and marketing automation.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data pipelines, or large dataset analysis is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution, ROAS, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement, analysis, attribution, and optimization of digital growth initiatives.
• Connect CRM, ERP, website analytics, advertising platforms, and marketing cloud data to create a comprehensive view of performance.
• Create and present regular performance reports for Marketing leadership, including KPIs and revenue influence.
• Develop methodologies for tracking ROAS, marketing-influenced revenue, and other business-impact metrics.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, IT, and analytics teams to improve data visibility and decision making.
