Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking retail staff at Samsung Experience Stores in Cerritos, CA. The role focuses on delivering a high-energy customer experience, diagnosing basic device issues, and guiding customers through the Samsung product journey.

You will upsell bundles, build lasting relationships, and handle escalations with empathy, while completing ongoing training to stay a Samsung expert. Part-time schedule includes evenings and weekends.
