Job summary

Samsung Experience Store in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Experience Associate to greet customers, uncover needs with open-ended questions, and guide them to Samsung solutions.

You will demonstrate basic device troubleshooting, upsell product bundles, build lasting relationships, complete product and soft-skill training, and contribute to a positive, high-energy shopping environment while meeting store goals.
